Karl H. Kline, President of Karl Kline P.C., graduated magna cum laude from Lafayette College in 1970 with a B.A. degree in economics. He was selected for membership in Phi Beta Kappa, the national honors society. Kline then graduated from the University of Virginia Law School in 1976. He has been engaged in the private practice of law in the Lehigh Valley since 1976.
Mr. Kline is admitted to practice before various State and Federal Courts, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Northampton County Bar Association.

Attorney Kline has over 30 years of legal experience.
Currently he is the Solicitor for the Township of Forks, the Northampton County Higher Education Authority, and the Green Knight Economic Development Corporation. Previously he served as Vice President of the Easton Area Jaycees, Chairman of Easton Heritage Day, and President of Easton Kiwanis Club.

Before forming his own law firm in 2000, he served as President of Teel Stettz P.C. He has served as a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Planning Association and several financial consulting organizations. His areas of concentration include wills, trusts and estates, business law, real estate, municipal law, and land use law.
